Fast and Furious and NTT

Welcome to Needle and Thread Thursday, friends!  Life has been running pretty fast and furious around here as we finish up all of the final preparations for moving our son into his dorm on Monday.  Organizing and decorating are my jam, and I'm really having to rein it in (he is a boy after all, and there's only so much decorating allowed).  As much as I am sad to see him move out, and believe me, I'm sure I'll be blubbering when we leave him, I'm also ready to see all of this prep work come to fruition.

With all of this going on, there's still no sewing happening in my studio, but after all my sketching I did land on a design I like, so once everything settles down a little bit, I'm planning to get started.  So instead, check out the highlights from last week-

This quilt top from Rebecca Grace Quilting is a stunner!

Nancy at Grace and Peace Quilting shared a roundup of nine different quilts!

This bright beauty is from Something Rosemade-

And finally, this little mini by Carolyn at Flickensalat is so cute and full of texture!

Alrighty y'all!  Are you ready to get our party on?  Let's do it!

1You can link finished projects or WIP's , but just keep it about quilting and sewing!
2. Link to your specific post (not to your home page!) to make it easier for others.
3. Please remember to spread the word and post my button or a text link within your
    post.
4. Spread the comment love far and wide!
5. Following me is not a requirement to link, but is so very appreciated!

*If you're new to the party, here's a helpful tip for linking up- select "Auto Crop"  when selecting your thumbnail photo.  For some reason, trying to crop your own image results in the dreaded "white question mark box," and we definitely want to see your awesome work!  :)

  4. Congrats on finishing your first phase of parenthood. I’m not sure if this is your first to leave or last. Anyway, there is more to come—just different. I can relate to reining it in with your son’s decorating. You’ll be happy to know that the quilt I made for my kids’ dorm rooms more than 20 years ago are still in use by their families. I wish you the same.
