Hey there, friends! Welcome to Needle and Thread Thursday! I have been sewing like a madwoman during the past week, but unfortunately, I have to keep it a secret because it's for my new book. During the sewing phase of my other two books, I've squeezed in some smaller projects between book sewing, but this week, I just took off pedal to the metal, and didn't sew anything else that I can share.
So instead, I'll just share lots of eye-candy from last week's party! LeeAnna from Not Afraid of Color linked up this fun Halloween quilt-
By the way, don't forget that the blog hop celebrating the release of my newest book, Scrappy Improv Quilting, is happening right now. Every Monday and Wednesday morning, I've been featuring two different quilts from the book, with some help from my quilty friends! If you've missed the posts this week, you can see them HERE and HERE.
And of course, for the duration of the blog hop, NTT will be posted on Thursday mornings instead of Wednesday evenings!
Okay y'all! It's time to link up and share the happenings from your sewing studio. I can't wait to see what you're working on!
1. You can link finished projects or WIP's , but just keep it about quilting and sewing!
2. Link to your specific post (not to your home page!) to make it easier for others.
3. Please remember to spread the word and post my button or a text link within your
post.
4. Spread the comment love far and wide!
5. Following me is not a requirement to link, but is so very appreciated!
*If you're new to the party, here's a helpful tip for linking up- select "Auto Crop" when selecting your thumbnail photo. For some reason, trying to crop your own image results in the dreaded "white question mark box," and we definitely want to see your awesome work! :)
Stunning collection - always awed by how a simple piece of fabric cut and put with another piece of fabric can explode into such wonderful works of art! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteAlways so much beauty and inspiration.
